About The Workout Mill

The Workout Mill is a listed building which was historically a 'Working Mill', and was taken over by Clint Jones and William Loy-Sin in November 2005.

With over 25 years collective experience within the fitness industry, they offer a wealth of information, tips and advice to their members.

The gym, situated over three floors, has an abundance of character and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Ground Floor
Includes a selection of Johnson Eliptical Trainers & Treadmills, Life Fitness Bikes and for an intense cardiovascular workout, a Stairmaster.

First Floor
Houses several resistance machines, ideal both for beginners as well as experienced users. There is also a dedicated 'free weights' area with dumbells ranging from 2.5kg to 70kg!

Top Floor
Split into two areas consisting of resistance machines for the legs, and also a unique boxing area with a selection of bags for you to use at your leisure.

Our helpful staff are always on hand to provide members with any help or advice they require and FREE inductions are available for all first time users.
