The workout mill is a listed building which was historically a ‘working mill’. Some of the old structures are still in place today, making the mill a unique style of gym with an abundance of character and features. It was taken over by partners Clint Jones and Will Loy-Sin 6 years ago in November 2005.

With over 30 year’s collective experience within the fitness industry, they can offer a wealth of information, tips and advice to members. They also ensure that the gym is equipped with the latest revolutionary equipment available.

The gym is housed over 3 floors. On the ground floor we provide our members with an extensive cardio suite, reception and consultation area and Modern Changing facilities.

The second floor has a vast selection of resistance machines that are ideal for both beginners as well as the most experienced of users. It is expertly designed for members to be able to freely train their upper body. There is also a dedicated free weight area.

The top floor is divided into 2 areas. The first consists of a wide range of resistance machines for members to concentrate on training their legs and the second area is dedicated to core strength training. It also provides members with a selection of punch bags to use at your leisure.
