The Workout Mill is located in Regent Place.

If you head towards to the bottom of the parade, the last turning on the left hand side (opposite Iceland) will bring you into REGENT PLACE. On the left hand side you will then see Leamington Key Company and Gaia Health Food Store.

Inbetween these to stores you will see a cobbled walk way. The Workout Mill is just a few steps down the cobbled walk way.
